I’m also looking to look in Georgia, thinking to go for a 2 bedroom in Tbilisi. Be careful for oversupply when it comes to studios in Batumi. Important to pick the right project.

Nice blog but cover a lot more from real estate investing perspective. Do you guys follow any particular website for checking real estate trends in Georgia, I am interested. TIA

@@nabeelrabbani thank you Rabeel, feedback taken! As this was my first exposure I was just checking the different projects mentioned in the video but I’ve seen a couple of Instagram accounts dedicated to Batumi real estate as well.

Your air bnB apartment is tiny. It's all crammed into one room, it's like a glorified bedsit. You didn't mention all the stray dogs in Georgia, so many. And of course the dog shit everywhere. The older apartments look run down in many places. I know Batumi well. It does rain a lot there, but it's warm at least.

For one person it was a good studio I think (though the elevator rides up and down were a bit annoying as it was a 25th floor). And yes the stray dog situation was quite sad to see, lots down by the beach 😔

Do not invest here the buildings are full of mold. The workers in the construction do a half job. Personal experience
