This to me was the most beautiful house of all. With all the rock walls and outside showers with the perfect landscaping and pool its perfect! Whoever owns this is very blessed.

Sooo beautiful; my favorites the out door showers and the balconies connections of the house although it's gorgeousness shown throughout the house connections; but, cost too much money for me that I can't afford; but, just to 👀 look at the beauty; but, if persons rented this place out for vacationers and I had the monies to visit for vacationing in Hawaii, I'd pay to rent for a week or two. 😘 Sooo beautiful inside and outside the house connections BEAUTIFULNESS.

I lived in the Philippines in 75-77. We would shower outside in the rainy season. Fond memories. Looks like you could do that in the Master Suite

Gorgeous home, really nothing missing - maybe a little more land to be able to install solar panels…otherwise absolutely beautiful!

I would have no problems adding Solar panels to the roof also hot water. Was this also a "SMART" home so I could turn on/off sound in different parts of the home? Take that other bed room on the master side, replace the bed with a Murphy bed? so I could use the rest of the room for yoga, maybe some other exercise equipment? You know, a Sauna would be nice

I liked. But I wonder.. Why the price is so low compared to other similar houses??
@HawaiiRealEstate Жыл бұрын
Maybe you're comparing to other islands??? We have pretty good prices compared to the rest of Hawaii.

I'm going to buy in Kauai, but I'm searching in all islands just to have an idea about the market.. thanks for your reply.

For Hawaii or even California, that's a big garage - but not really in the Mid-West US - My garage is 1000 sq ft. and my neighbor's is at least 1200. But I don't have an ocean view! :)

Not knowing the laws in Hawaii, Why a stove cannot be installed in a housekeepers quarters ,that is only joined by a covered walkway ?
@HawaiiRealEstate2 жыл бұрын
Because the land is zoned for single family residential it can only house 1 residence. According to the law a kitchen would be a second dwelling unit and a second residence. And the presence of a stove or other cooking device makes something a kitchen. So you can have a refrigerator you can have a sink but if you have a stove you have a second kitchen which is a violation. . Only certain types of zoning allows for a guest unit with a kitchen or mother in law unit mother in law or additional dwelling.

In showing the guest bedrooms, I didn't see any closets.
@HawaiiRealEstate2 жыл бұрын
It definitely had them. Sometimes I don't show the insides of closets because people have their personal belongings in there.

What! No Solar panels? That's a huge amount of roof space but they don't take advantage of FREE energy? WTF is up with that? Electricity is outrageously expensive in Hawaii, even for rich people.
@HawaiiRealEstate2 жыл бұрын
With some of these high end roofs, the installation of solar is very damaging, so they skip it.

Dude use a wide angle… you’re zoom in all the time! And btw a hood for the outdoor kitchen, but none for the indoor kitchen?!? Am I missing something?

I believe it has a recessed downdraft vent on the stove. It retracts into the counter when not in use.

Very much chopped up to many areas. No flow, although beautiful, no flow of the areas, the layout of the different rooms poorly spaced out. Layout very complicated, not for me!

When I think Hawaii, a house like this is exactly what I'd want. I'd not want a modern home in a place like Hawaii as I wanna feel as if I'm in Hawaii.
