I am sure the residents are thrilled that Taylor Morrison opened their amenities to the public. This is a huge community and that pools needs to be shared by many residents. Why add to the numbers? Really foolish move.

Hi, Most Taylor Morrison communities and those with golf courses remain open to the public as a marketing tool and then close to the public when the community is built out. Residents understand this when they buy. It's not like a public facility that is advertised broadly, an at this point there aren't that many residents living there. And it's not free to the public so that limits numbers also. Do you live in such a community or are you looking to move to the area?

@@FloridaGulfCoastLiving I can understand and was aware of the golf being open to the public for a fee but not the pool. I don't understand the marketing aspect. It seems backwards. I would think the exclusivity of the amenities to be more appealing to a buyer than not and owners are paying alot in HOA fees that you would think would provided that for them. Home builders are making record profits, there is no need to farm out the amenities.
