I can't imagine selling a property like that ever. If I owned that, I'd be there forever. That is one of the most beautiful settings I believe you've ever shown, and the updates in the home were done perfectly. I can't imagine this house on the market for very long, once you step outside, you'd be right back in writing a check to buy it.

Thank you for highlighting this beautiful centro area of Italy. Pesaro, home of the composer Rossini. We live just south of Pesaro in the Teramo province of Abruzzo, right on the border with Le Marche. The Adriatic coast from Le Marche down thru Abruzzo into Molise/Puglia is spectacular and largely unknown even by many Italians. The area of Le Marche and Abruzzo is unique in that you have the best of the Apennine Mountains as well as the beach coastal cities, all within 30 minutes of each other by car. Traditionally the summer/winter playground of the Bolognesi and Milanesi, since the pandemic being discovered by the Romani. Much of Abruzzo is eligible for the 7% Italian tax for ex-pats from other countries, and some parts of Le Marche like Ascoli Piceno are, as well. Prices are a fraction of Toscana and even Puglia. In my humble opinion, you get more spectacular properties and views. And the culture, cuisine, wines, and people of Abruzzo and Le Marche are amazing! Abruzzo was just voted Italian wine region of the year for 2023 by Wine Enthusiast magazine in the international wine convention in San Francisco.

Hi Danillo and team, Thank you for this great show of this beautiful rea view Villa in Pesaro this is fantastic The big garden with a good size swiming pool in the villa all the walls in white make the big spaces even bigger are super nice with a fire place on the second ground floor 3 nice suze sleeping rooms and one master with there own bathroom are great and then on the top floot a compleet appartament wow Thanks again Danillo a great show.

Ciao Danilo. This property literally took my breath away. I love historical properties and all that brings to a home, however, this one is one of my favourites. The proximity to the sea view, the outside landscape, the pool (absolutely stunning). I wish, quite honestly, that I had the money to buy this. I would never leave it and would pass this onward to my family going forward. Grazie! ❤

Danilo, Thank you for showing this spectacular property. A fascinating location! I lived in Florence at one point and considered it the perfect city. Pesaro appeared to me to be a rival with the added attraction of the seaside location. The water views are hypnotic! I’m usually not attracted to such modern renovation, but this villa to me is masterfully appointed. Again, many thanks for the showing!
