Stayed there a couple of times and it was fantastic and the 2 girls on reception desk were very knowledgeable they even helped me fill my 30 day extension form in.

Definitely worth the money. I stayed there for a couple of months. High speed internet for work. Each room has its own WiFi router in the cupboard and there is a lot happening in that area now. No need to go anywhere on Buakhao.. Plenty of GCs around the corner to relieve any stress you may have !!

What is an average monthly energy and water bill? Just usung aircon at night and taking two showers a day? Does anyone have a ballpark figure? I dont know the measure of a unit for power and water.

Around 8 Baht pr water unit and approximately 25 Baht electric.

It depends on where you are staying and how much they charge you per unit for electric. I’m currently paying 9BHT per unit for electricity where I’m staying, which is very high, I use the air con maybe two hours a day and my electric bill is usually 1,300bht per month. Water is never more that 200BHT a month If you buy a strong fan and use that throughout the day and night instead of using the air conditioning , you can slash your electric bill by 70%

Keen to see some of the suites they have there.. they are on the pricey side.. but I'm moving over at the end of the year and I kinda need a place that I can also setup a multi screen desktop setup.. they apparently come with a space for that.. That.. and there's meant to be a bar in the ground floor.. 😂

A great apartment, but in terms of price, I feel that the Centric Sea 16000bht should be a bit better than here, but it only requires a one-year contract..
