Good stuff. I have a R3 as a B cam to a C70 and I'm really impressed by the image from the r3 despite the clog 3. The 6k is really nice on that camera.

It is. The highlight rolloff seems a bit less clippy than the R5 variant cameras.

Thanks! That's a difficult question to answer directly. The R3 definitely has more dynamic range...which is something I didn't expect, honestly, because no one seem to talk about that. But there are some downsides to it too.

Lookin’ good. Some great wide detail shots in there. Is this 6K raw? I know that the R5C raw takes some work to get to the same place as the XF-AVC, but what about the R3? Do the H.264/5 codecs hold up? Have you shot at all with the IBIS? Any use for the 240fps HD? And how is the lower photo res affecting your stills work? I think you mentioned in a Short about how the wireless app was a little stronger in the R3… Just some spray n’ pray questions for ya!
