Don't tell me that was an impromptu presentation....... with no rehearsals or assistance from a teleprompter. You are quite a natural at this if what I see is what obtains! Perhaps next time you might have your cameraman give us some idea of the neighborhood in which these houses are located. The neighboring housing situation might not be as photogenic as the house we might be looking at, but it is all part of the package. So yes, you are doing enough of a good job to make me spend 10 or more minutes watching you (including even allowing the ads to run their course), and yes, a little bit more will make you even more watchable.
