Quality home! By the way Rich, I value your weekly shows, you do a fantastic job. Does the master have a nice deep bathtub? What is the cost of the furniture package? Also, is there a way to enter the home without going up the steps, not a fan of lugging groceries upstairs. Is this a gated community and how is the entrance to the house if you are parking below?

Yes, the only entrance is using the steps as I showed in the video.The private condominium has 16 large homes all similar in size.

A property of the expense you should see at least sub-zeros or even wolf. Plus a jetted tub. That office would be small for another bedroom. Honestly Manzanillo has better pricing for much more home. That area is going to be affected hard due to todays condition. Wish you luck on the sale.

Hey Rich, your video of the house is confusing because it shows everything in a mirror image. Let me explain. If you would look at the house from the street, your video shows the pool on the left when it really is at the right side, the entrance/garage appears to be on the right side when it really is at the left. So, maybe you should take videos directly showing the house instead of us looking at you 95% of the time. Don´t take it personal, we know you are a good looking guy and, your voice describing the house would be more than enough. Take care my friend, be safe.
