@glennadams6398 Construger is a solid company from the information I gathered. The 2 major issues companies are facing are lack of manpower and permits not being expedited quickly enough. I believe this project will take off once they start.

@@propertiesbymasters thanks Mike. Is there a way for the buyer to ensure all permits have been gathered also, there’s just a simple question of asking the construction company if they have a lack of manpower.

@glennadams6398 I'm not saying that Construger is having those issues, but generally speaking, many companies are facing these dilemmas. Yes, you can ask a company for their permit status and ask about their workforce.

No. La diferencia en precio se trata del metraje del lote. Hay lotes que tienen mas metraje que otros y esto es lo que determina el precio de comienzo. Luego cuando se añade otras cosas, entre ellas la piscina, el precio sube mas.

Be very careful with construger. I spoke to several buyers in a project called Eco23 Residences in Santo Domingo. Where they are now over a year late and now want to increase the agreed to prices by over 35% and want clients to sign addendums to their contracts. You can look up the project on Google.
