Even though there’s clearly space available to build one, the owners decided to skip getting one as they argued that the communal pool is around the corner. In my experience as an agent for 10 years now, buyers seem to have a love-hate relationship with tennis courts and pools. Some will LOVE it, whilst others question its usefulness and existence🤔
