I purchased this bag a year ago. I carried it for 9 months off and on. On both sides of the handbag the shiny seal came off from rubbing on my jeans and now raw leather is showing. LV said there is no repair for that and said after 6 months there is no replacement. Have you heard anyone else complain of this problem? Im saddened that they don't stand behind their product.

Hi Sandra, so sorry to hear that. I don’t have any wear on my bag. But, I have to admit I don’t use it much especially in last 3 years. Since I don’t go to the office in last three years, this beauty mostly sitting in my closet 🥺

I do exactly as you do, lots of sun blocker, especially on my hands as want to avoid age spots, but the sun blocker is everywhere on my bags, even on the door of my car. From September to April I wear gloves. Thank you for sharing your cleaning tips! Ladies remember: nothing shows your age as clearly as your hands, you got to protect them from the sun!

Perfect timing for this helpful video Oxana as I’m a blonde (natural fair redhead) who will freckle and get age spots if I don’t use tons of sunscreen…sunscreen also helps keep my IPL treatments looking good 😬 What was the name of the leather product?
