My first pair. I remember people used to say you needed to wash it 8 times before wearing them. They were shrink to fit. They were very expensive 😂 My friends were wearing Orange tab Levis which were cheaper. The cool thing was wearing red tab ones and the 501 model. This was 84-85 I remember because I got the purple rain LP by Prince

I had the LVC 517's, but that was about 13 years ago. Worth picking up if you find a decent price. From what I remember they fit about half a size big so for sure get a tape and don't go off the tag size.

I got the 1984 LVC Rigid ones on black Friday 2020 for ~$100 , I still, have them unworn (along with the 1954's ), 1984's have smooth denim compared to 1954 LVC. The cut looks wider in the tighs (I hope it stretch a lot along the leg). I'm keen on wearing them but I'm afraid have too many pairs in rotation. How much is too much rotation for you Den?. I learn a lot from your videos keep doing the good work!,

I had the start straw and the grey stare and I give them away as well as the acid washed jacket So regret but nobody want to buy them on ebay
