Heeeeey, thank you so much for listening to the first track from my Debut EP 'Afraid of Quiet'! I am so excited to FINALLY be sharing this body of work with you. There will be two more songs releasing as part of this EP on June 1st and June 15th so mark the dates in your diaries!
This song holds a very special place in my heart as it narrates my experience with stress and anxiety, I hope it helps anyone else that may be going through the same!

I am in disbelief at how professional this song is. This is the FIRST live person music video on this channel! How in the world is this so well made??? Wow. The pace of the song is overwhelming, in a way that feels very deliberate. On my first listen it was still ear candy, but I don't think I really _understood_ even reading along to the lyrics. But the more I listen to it, the more depth I find and the more I love it. To me this song is about living with anxiety, but thriving all the same!
