I really love this one. The whole, battling your madness theme, it's pretty great.

I really love your art style with these animatics. Very cute and fluid. Would love to watch a series in this style. That said, I like this Villain Song takes. Funny enough, after watching these I imagine a hero or person watching these events from outside the world and burst into the scene to save and fix things. Like the Tinker Bell one where someone warps in to save Wendy and glares at Tinker who is looking on in disbelief. Or for Alice getting rid of her madness and leading her home with a gentle smile. An unwelcome guest changing the story. But that’s just me. I can’t wait to see what else you have next for a Villain Song.

You can hear Alice's voice slowly becoming one with the madness version of her. Like from the beginning, her voice sounds higher, innocent, and just troubled of finding a way out. And later in the song, her voice becomes more sinister and matching with the madness, especially when it fully takes over

it's wonderful. I really like this video and all the other videos, but especially princesses villain song. Lydia you have an amazing voice and respect for the work done. I have some challenges for you for the princesses villain song series, Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon, Luisa Madrigal from Encanto and Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

This one has colonized my brain like some bizarre kind of musical fungus. Love it!

I can only imagine the absolutely pain and suffering that comes with a gift that has good hearing like Dolores has. All she wants is a moment of silence. That’s all she wants.

People in the comments make the point that Tink is looking out for her family, and that's true. But she is still very much a villain here. The safety of her loved ones is coming at the cost of another's self determination, or even their lives. Tink is willing to not only kill Wendy, but ensure that Peter and the lost boys never actually grow as people. That's villainy. Relatable villainy, but still very much evil.

Ah, I've been seeing some comments about Tinkerbell released some pixie dust around the falling Wendy to make it look like she was trying to help, but Wendy's lack of belief in fairies caused it to not succeed. Some people think Peter would have believed this ruse...except for one thing: Vidia. Vidia stopped Peter from saving Wendy [and the Lost Boys]. Drastic measures, in place of just sharing concerns with those who understand...leads to messy, amoral results.

It could be seen that each of the Madrigal’s songs (both the originals and the villain remakes) could be seen almost as personifications of fears/anxieties/illnesses (mental/psychological)

ngl the line of "i only paint in read now" feels pretty forced but the rest of song has a very strong flow. the line "you're one of us now" is stronger imo.

Okay, I must say just came here out of curiosity, to be honest. Very appealing art style, really. But - this is pretty damn brilliant. Love the song, the twist, and your voice is truly amazing. Also, it fits the theme of the original, darker fables and fairytales to just turn some famous protagonists into mad villains. Very entertaining concept !

Here’s my interpretation: The other Alice is actually Alice’s insanity growing in strength the longer she spends in Wonderland and not some split personality or evil doppelgänger, both Alice’s are one and the same (even though they’re visually depicted as two separate beings), the shot of Alice laughing at the mirror as it shatters is symbolic for her fully going mad and mentally killing her remaining sanity and not a split personality takeover. Also she apparently picked up magical corruption powers too? Maybe she absorbed some of Wonderlands energy and is using it to shape both Wonderland and the real world and also bring Wonderlands corrupted inhabitants into the real world.
