Always look at the house on Google Maps so you can see what's beside, opposite and behind it. That saved me from wasting time viewing properties that were a straight no based on what was around it.

This brought back memories when we were buying a house. One thing for sure the estate agent as nice as they can be they are not in your side they are there to sell the house and get their cut the higher the offer the better. I hear you on the pressure to make such a huge decision quickly, but do take your time. And it’s very true what’s for you is for you. I’m loving this series……
