Just wanted to make you feel better by telling you and Ali your move is EASY! We moved from California to Montana with 28 horses, 30 cows/calves, 24 dogs, 30 cats, 3 ducks, 2 roosters and a macaw! And our professional movers canceled on us with no notice the day before scheduled leave date! Ugh!...OMG it about killed us both! LOL Congrats! So very happy for you both, wishing you both lots of health and happiness in your new home!

In the US, we put solar film on our direct sun windows to protect our furniture. You can't really see it but it also reduces the heat coming into the room so your air conditioner doesn't work harder to keep the room cool in the summer. Your home is beautiful! ♡

May I suggest a couple of 22”, down- filled, light colored pillows in a gorgeous fabric for your sofa. Expensive to have made, but will pack a punch. Don’t want this to come off as rude or anything but how come you’re leaving your furniture in the old house? Do you have an agreement with the buyer? I bet that’s a great help for them especially if they are first time buyers? Is it a common thing to do that? Genuinely interested lol

felicityglitter many people tend to leave some furniture or curtains, as normally they are to big or small for their next home. And yes you normally agree with the buyer, because if they want them, the price may change.

AHHHHHH I have already watched this video three times, SO happy and excited for you! Your house is BEAUTIFUL! Can't wait to see more of the rooms in detail as you put your own lovely touch on it. My house isn't nearly as nice as either of yours but I've been inspired by both your old house and this new one to go with a very white palette with soft flowers and candles and clean lines, and it really does make things look more expensive. It's the best balance between looking luxury and minimalist.
