The only Archons I've seen have had internal combustion engines, not turbines. I'm pretty sure I saw a rotax engine and prop during the walkaround. I think he's just playing sound effects.

The archon can be optioned with a 130 horsepower turboprop, you can actually hear the prop spinning in the background in this video correlating with the speed of the turbine

What native language for G-Aerosports? If Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, JSC Sukhoi Company had a clue that this airplane could revolutionize aviation for those of us seeking FUN > all other items of consideration and that cost the same as a common sedan if not less. Many MANY pilots stop flying after initial training because of 2 reasons. 1)can not afford 2)Flying 152s, 172s isnt going to move the needle to fun, so money is NOT the issue, but FUN is. 3)BOTH ------A group flying these would obviously seek out other groups and before you know it you have laser tag systems and a cloud based scoreboard to REALLY find out who the best pilot. The award for the alternates being in the ladies restroom of course. G-aerosports has tapped into the primal reasons pilots become pilots, to fly cool and fun airplanes = military fighters. I not only see an airplane, I see a lifestyle, I see kids coming out to the airport to see what the hell this thing is, I see competitive squadrons, I see red bull sponsorship! I have not flown in an airplane in 10 years was content not flying...that is until I saw this airplane - How many more are like me?>

Sorry to bust all your dreams, guys, but this airframe has a Vne of 160kn, so a turbine would be wasted on it. Redesign it for a Vne of 400kn and you’d be good to go. Probably weigh three times as much and need twice the runway.

This is too much of a teaser. We aren't shown the "Turbo," if there actually is one and no takeoff, flying, etc. From what little I have seen of these aircraft none had anything but piston power. No one has really mentioned that many of the plane's specs, dimensions, and capabilities. I did glean that stall is as low as 40mph and as little as a 40hp. I think it has also been indicated that max horse power is about 130 and VNE is approximately 154. I can't say for sure because what little info I have seen comes from short random videos like this one. When I saw it takeoff and fly I was immediately put off with the sound of the prop and engine, and exhaust which just doesn't fit this beautiful fighter jet look. Here the turbine sounds perfect, but is it real, and if it is why not a few frames of flight? One big question I have is whether it's capable of some aerobatics? I did catch a glimpse of a two seater which makes it 10 times more desirable; there's just something about being able to share the ride with your Best friend or a, "white knuckle" flight with your girl.

Aν μπορουσατε να βαλετε εναν κινητηρα jet για 0.7-0.85 mach (ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΛΑΒΑΙΝΩ ΔΥΣΚΟΛΟ και δεν ξερω περι αντοχων), τοτε θα μπορουσε καποιος να το χρησιμοποιει σαν UCAV που καταστρεφει βαλλιστηκους (αν βοηθουσαν στην προσθεση διαφορων avionics). Eιναι design που μπορει να γινει stealth, η ιδεα ειναι απλη στελνεις μικρα στελθ αεροσκαφη σε χαμηλες πτησεις και αφου ανυψωθουν λιγο πριν φτασουν στον στοχο εκτοξευουν αερος-αερος κατα βαλλιστηκων πριν προλαβουν να βγουν εκτος ατμοσφαιρας ή καταστρεφουν στοχους. Το πρωτο ειναι σημαντικο γιατι εχεις τα UCAV να πετανε κοντα στον αντιπαλο εως οτου γινει το μπαμ και τα οπλα αερος-αερος ειναι ΠΟΛΥ ΠΙΟ ΦΤΗΝΑ απο τα εδαφους-αερος, επομενως καταστελεις την απειλη
