Mr Lovett has to be the ideal boss . Funny, talented ,generous to a fault allowing his Band to ' plug 'their own work alongside his own . He's so humble to have these wonderful artisans playing in his group of musical maestro's .Great working practices .

I agree. Since we always see the before-the-show, before-soundcheck, it is interesting the see the performance. There are, though, other people in the band besides Lee and Russ. Lee highlights them daily.
