excellent video of lymphatic drainage. Thank you. Please show more exercises for obese people who have no therapist to help them. Boy what I’ve learned about lymphedema just by watching the videos! Why is it almost impossible to lose weight with Lymphadema? Still have many questions about dreaded illness. Have experienced doctors who have practically no knowledge of this.

I understand that if your lymph nodes have been removed that you should swipe out through the opposite side of the neck and face.
