Sorry to hear what you have been through, I would certainly recommend that gentle massage like this lymphatic drainage would be helpful for you, however because you have had a reaction to the botox I would certainly recommend you check with your doctor before you proceed on any facial massage and they can advise you when it is okay to start doing this 💗
