I think they are activated once they meet the antigen (their antigen)

@@yousratazicherti3592 T cells only recognize MHC bound antigens, not just loose antigens. :) These MHC bound antigens are found on Antigen presenting cells als Macrofages or Dendritic cells which can be found in Lymphnodes. :)
