How did you figure out the dimensions on where to cut on the plywood for the front of the hull so it makes that shape when tied together like that?

Very timely. I'm just about to stich the bottom of my standard. Like this method. Looks easy. Question, what do you do with the tie wraps when filleting the fairbody? Do you just bury them in the fillet or do you tack the plates together, pull the tie wraps, and then fillet?

The plywood is marine plywood. Be very careful with what you buy from the stores… Must be dry and straight

You leave them in...they get buried. It's ok...they are buried under 1/2 of glass and fillet.
