I remember when I met the girl of my dreams. Circa 1996. She was married and I didn't want anything to do with her because of that. I met her at my job at the time and we shared breaks together, shared tapes and shared stories. She used to tell me how bad her Husband was, I didn't take the bait. I was working installing a cassette player in my Chevelle (1972) SS in my driveway and I happen to look up in the rear view mirror and there she was. She said she got a divorce and wanted to be with me. After about a year she cheated on me with the same guy she messed around on her Husband with. I stuck it out. We spent a lot of time together, up until 2012. Come to find out after all those years, no kids with her because she had her tubes tied, that she would rather be with someone else. That's fine, she didn't ruin me, but made me stronger. I still miss the good times we had, I used to play this song as loud as possible after I found out she cheated.
