"They don't look as hardcore look I want them too." The girls that enjoyed the music drove the genre popularity at my high-school.

Old school emo kid here, just saw them a few weeks ago in Asheville nc a few hours from where I live. I have loved this band since I was a teenager, hell I learned guitar listening to them🖤💙🤘🏻

i fell like you hit the nail on the head with the Stereotypic Emo song. It was a bit watered down and mainstream.. for something a little more edgy maybe try "A Boy Brushed Red Living In Black And White - by UnderOath " This is my first experience with your Channel but I look forward to watching this channel grow because your energy is amazing and the Honesty in your reaction is refreshing..

I will definitely check this out! I honestly have been focusing on other things at the moment but comments like these inspire me to put a bit more time into this channel. I'll get some more things out real soon

Emo started out as being short for emotional hardcore coming out of the hardcore punk mixing sub genre and mixing it with some post punk and some 90’s sounds and creating a new sub genre, and they started mixing in some pop punk style

Love this song and band

Well the song is about them having to leave their girlfriends home in Ohio while they go out on tour. So the lines "cut my wrists and black my eyes' are metaphors. They are against self harm

Love this song since it came out,I’m going to be seeing them live later this month along with several other emo bands from the late 90’s/early 2000’s in St Louis at Pop’s

If you liked this, I'd definitely recommend Silverstein stuff. Like, Smashed To Pieces.
