Byrna advertises 13-22 joules for theirs which seems to be the same as this. Although I don't have one I haven't found much improvement for power after reading. The barrels were basically nothing sometimes actually worse and the springs the same. I did read about a spring for the magazines that's available to help cycle it through heavier ammunition. Thanks for your testing.

They actually sell for these velocity springs to adjust for higher spring velocity or lower for paintball and home defense I think they come in a 5 or 6 pack Think $18 for pack honestly I’ve turned it all the way up and never had issue yet with any internals or stock spring

First off thanks for doing the video. I know how much time goes into what seems like such a simple task of changing shit out. The hpa was so much quieter then co2. Not surprised the 1100 didnt blow the doors off. I found a few markers that really just perform better at more reasonable output levels. I think i might try and find one of these TMCs and giver the old college try.

@lesslethalfordummies would you like the direct website where to order from?

@@RapidAssualtTactics Thanks but those kinds of things are frowned upon at the border. There are still some available this side of the border.

Ever hear of a lok bolt for your m17
@lesslethalfordummies Жыл бұрын
@@RapidAssualtTactics yes lokbolts dont do so good above 20j. Prone to breakage and bolt damage. I have broken two and severely marred a bolt in my Tipx running a lokbolt.

Dam ok because I was going to say those might help I ordered one for my m4 the new one figured it’d help once I swap springs and change out bolt in it later on after paid off

I know you mentioned the HPA stock being thrown in, but did the Defender come with the really cool foregrip as well? I'm trying to figure out the diff between this and a Tippman TMC/M4 Elite.

Yes it did basically all you see in vid it came with , except laser flashlight and scope

Is this what u want to have just 16j, (think there is a strong restrictor, that would explain why it blows out gas when it’s to high) my umarex pump gun puts out 38j factory set withthe 88g. And I think it’s cheaper. U still have a lot of shots. The revolver has 22j, even when it’s said 16j, but u only get to that after 10 shots.I just rust painted the revolver ´68 made it look like the one from hellboy, looks close. No idea what I do with pump.

I’m planing on changing out springs soon internal it’ll give higher velocity right now it’s all factory internal parts

Ok, so is "HPA" high pressure air or something like that? This adds an entirely different element to consider. I'm thinking maybe that since I can refill the little "disposable" propane "bottles" from a 20lb grill tank with an adapter, maybe I can fill HPA tanks with a compressor? Nitrogen is used instead of CO2 in bars for tap beer, like Guinness et al. I'd imagine a "gas place" would be able to fill nitrogen tanks, if you manage to get the tanks.
@RapidAssualtTactics Жыл бұрын
HPA IS “high pressure air” so it works I wouldn’t use propane or take chance on n2o as you can in the instructions but I wouldn’t hpa or co2 best option
@YerBrwnDogAteMyRabit Жыл бұрын
@@RapidAssualtTactics Thank you. No, no propane, that was just an example of refilling something yourself. So, can I refill HPA tanks with a compressor?
