Also, I like the easy exercises suggested which can be done on our own. I have been suffering from heel pains for a year and I was ignoring it. Dear Sir, I was eagerly looking for a video on heel pain... Thanks for making a video on this topic. Sir I need your advice on this. Actually my wife is suffering from back heel pain (region of Achilles tendon attachment or calcaneal bursa) since last 10 days and have swelling and blackening in that region. She has shown to a local doctor who is suspecting Gout and advised for uric acid test and prescribed Ibuprofen for five days and declofenac gell application. Her uric acid report is normal and on taking the medicines she feels relieve however the pain reoccurs and inflammation is still persisting in that region. Please share your valuable advice Sir on what to do next for relieving her heel pain. I would be eagerly waiting for your answer. Thank you Sir
