你好Dr.Grace. Thanks very much for the reply! 😇 I thought Taiwan is so advanced, it might have the program already, but you said never heard it in Taiwan University. Interesting...as I know in Japan, dental hygienist do exist. You can also check Michigan University web - I think they (also) have pretty good HG program. I have soincare basic one (the original), I hardly use it because I feel 它的震动太强即使我用最弱档。可能我用手动牙刷时太gentle... Haha I guess I have to buy a new model. 🙏👏
I happen to have US and TW license. I get to speak for both. When you have a chance, go to US for dentistry. Taiwan dental board exam is entirely based on US textbooks. Please, there's nothing to compare. If your resources are enough, you wouldn't use other country's resources as a convenience for board exam. Dentistry via social insurance will impact the quality of work, yet most patients don't even realize it. You get what you pay for. No matter how versatile the dentist is, he/she needs to do high quality work. It doesn't matter if the dentist can do horizontal fully impacted 3rd molars or place 10+ implants in 1 visit. What matters is this dentist needs to know what he/she is doing pre-, during and post-op management. Anyone can cut a big hole to remove a tooth, what make the difference is the management for every procedure. You get to literally "observe" the entire 1 year in Taiwan before you even have a chance to do dental work. Of course the clinical skills aren't as good as those in US.

“f your resources WERE enough, you wouldn't use other country's resources"... "the clinical skills aren't as good as those in THE US."... No offense but reading your message is a real pain in the ass so I suggest you to compose in your own native tongue, which is Mandarin Chinese.
