Netflix的魷魚遊戲Squid Game影集正席捲風靡全球，這種始於戰後貧窮社會的甜食成為其中的關卡。韓國焦糖餅-椪糖的製作方式非常簡單，只需要糖和小蘇打，就能做出一片片不同造型的點心。
用中低溫慢慢將糖融化，避免溫度太高，因為瞬間溫度提昇時容易焦化顏色過深。 待糖完全融化後呈現淡淡的琥珀色就加入小蘇打並且快速攪拌，倒出來的糖漿後要等15-20秒後，用壓糖器，壓一下，模具上過油較易壓制脫模。由於椪糖容易受潮，最好盡早食用完畢或用密封罐裝起來。動起來一起試做看看囉~~
