They are so so so versatile! They are fun, they are deep, they are romantic, they are angry and that is why I love of them. They are a unit the music and feelings don’t only go through the lyrics, every hit on the drums, every strung sound and every silence make their music. They write together and they are all so in sync! This song is about their muse, the fear of loosing it, of going the wrong path. No just the skill, the connection. They had said before that they work in service of the music and the music guides them. They don’t do a solo to do a solo. They do a solo because it fits the song. Great reaction as always. I like you being blind to what you are reacting.

“Marlena” is their muse. “Torna a casa” means “Come back home”. Damiano needs his muse to make music, without her he is afraid to disappear. All their Italian songs are really meaningful and far more deep than the english ones. I really suggest you to have a look to the translations 🤘🏻👋🏻

I love this song very much. As in so many of their songs, the lyrics do not have a single meaning: it can be a poignant love song ... or what it is for them and that anyone who makes (or tries to make) art has experienced: feeling blocked, losing the inspiration and have fear that it will never come back, making you lose even a part of yourself that you had conquered.

Circa i Maneskin, io non seguo la tv e non li conoscevo. Non avevo visto neanche SanRemo se non ovviamente al tg e mi sono incuriosita dopo che hanno vinto l’Esc e con una sana dose di nazionalismo ( sottolineo sana perché se c’è da criticare critico eccome) ho imparato a conoscerli ed adorarli proprio seguendo i KZbinrs. Nessuno mi ha mai detto che sembra un pirata. Mi piacciono i pirati, lo prendo come un complimento. La mia sensibilità dipende davvero da chi chiedi.
