i only walk for 30 mins if i get time from job i always try to keep my self moving and try not to sit that much try to sleep for eight hours which is also helpful for weight loss so dont stay awake late night my next vlog will be more details about easy way to loose weight pls wait dear i will try to explain more clearly to follow easily without taking any stress about loosing weight
