@@fsckool6894 ਆਹੋ , ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੇਕ ਮੌਰਗੇਜ ਵੀ ਚਲਦੀ ਹੈ । Real estate prices are always cyclical , usually it follows the 18.6 year cycle . In current time it seems to be 8 years long downtrend in canadian real estate . May take 6-7 years to reach previous prices . Thank you .

There should be no any kind of profit greed on Housing food and housing is a basic necessity but in Canada, people think differently and they are throwing all their money into housing and making other peoples life hell expensive and unaffordable. This should stop as soon as possible.
