only reasonable expenses can be shown, CRA may also challenge the unexplanable or unjustified expenses. That is at the stage of tax payment.

Some don’t even have that wage per hour, many people just working on minimum wage that is $15-16/hr. If you earn more, you get more taxed. This system is worse. This shows a hardworking man working more harder than a normal person and also a person who has more qualification in skilled field for example Nurse etc. they have same value as a person who is doing a basic jobs like gas station or other basic manual jobs.

@@DineshDinesh-nh9wk I don't mind paying more taxes if I can work 30$/hour. Paying more taxes is much better than doing low wage slavery. Indian/Paki employers are worst they pay u less than minimum wage, no overtime after 44 hours...will make u do slavery for 60-70 hrs a week without overtime for 10$ per hour. Saddest thing is thousands of people willing to do that too. ..

ਫਿਰ ਠੰਡੀ ਨਹੀ ਅਜੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੋਖੋ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੀ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ 100% ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਅਜੇ 10 ਤੋਂ 20% ਘਟਣ ਗਿਆ , ਜੇ ਵਿਆਜ ਘੱਟ ਵੀ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਗਿਆ । ਵਿਆਜ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ 4% ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਸਾਈਦ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ।

Everyone is talking about interest rates for buyers but forgot about the interest rate for the developers. They are also going to take loan at higher interest rates, consequently, they slow down the construction and waiting for the low interest rates. So that they take loan and expedite the construction activities

I think we have to understand that our people are very greedy, there are two sides of coins, were they prepared if market go down or like what is happening with interest, they should not complain now. Real estate should not be used as wealth creating tools by greedy unprofessional realtors and people, it should be used for housing and roof over our heads

People blaming government for the real estate mess.... But i think it's the fault of people itself.....somebody was saying pay rate is $18 per hour but houses are 1 million ... The problem is that people are not skilled enough to contribute the canadian economy and takeaway higher salaries ... 80% people are average residents and always are satisfied in working in warehouses jobs and hope to buy house from that income.... Once you are skilled, you can buy whatever we can dream

If youth learned good trades, Canada might still work for them. Otherwise they will be better off closer home. Punjabis need to look at the huge job market outside of Punjab, in India. West de mazdoor ban ke rehna is not such a great goal.

The reason for moving abroad to feel like rich not becoming a rich.....there is a big difference between the two.....in canada, usa , nz ,england you can pretend to look rich but actually you are becoming more poorer than India..... In india , nobody is dying of hunger or unemployment but Punjabis need to look richer even they eat one time a day, 100 dollar bank balance, no cleaning of house or etticates to speak to someone.....

@@TheDonjuan15 When interest rate decreases prices up again. I buy my house in Calgary in 2022 for 391k when prices are on bidding. Now price of that house 600k. Price of real estate will never goes down. It will be a small ditch in price but back on same price again. It's my 50yrs experience. Prices are down in GTA and Vancouver area only bcz those were tooooo high just bcz of access of immigration. Gov't can make prices down in one week but they know the reality of world real estate.

@@Calgary-Business-and-infoWhen prices are going high for the houses, then what will a newcomer to canada will do in next 5-years if he/she wants to buy.? Job instability is already at its peak. Does not matter you guys buy 5 houses and multiple condos, nobody is going to buy those in near future. Renting them to other people is a concept also be failing cause of immigration slowdown. Check the whole system of canada’s economy, buisneses have slowed down, Crime is increasing because in Refugees there are criminals as well. 2-million buyers I wonder who these people are🤔 Many of them will have Mortgages if they buy, what if they are not able to pay their monthly-mortgages due to job or income instability and I guess you are also aware of Inflation in Canada. Future of Real Estate in canada does not look good.

Logically if investors are not competing with end users, that will leave first time home buyers with more inventory and less fomo. That will be a sustainable and balanced market but of course it will not suit her since she would love to make more money when investors are scooping up houses and driving speculation.
