The caption is utterly fake.. This is the 1st posting, then the court took the 164 statement of the petitioner, Register FIR and then ordered for the investigation to the police.. After that the charge sheet will be sent by the police to the court within 90 days.(note the point within 90 days) Then summons will be sent to the accused. There after she or she or they will present before court.. The posting may be postponed if the accused is not present.( there is a chance to postpone posting date by date) because she or he can give excuses due to official duty, i mean this is for extending time) Then read the charge sheet. Then the accused will be told he or she or they are not guilty.. Then the case will be posted for evidence... ഇതിനൊക്കെ കുറെ ടൈം എടുക്കും...അതിനിടക്ക് ഭീഷണി, settlement, compensation, അങ്ങനെ പലതും.. അതുകഴിഞ്ഞു ആര്യക്ക് എതിരെ ഓർഡർ ആയാൽ അവർ അപ്പീൽ പോകും.. The trial court order will stay and will take bail by arya and others then appeal ഒരു പത്ത് കൊല്ലം കിടക്കും.. ഇതൊക്കെ ആണ് നടക്കാൻ പോകുന്നത്.. Online courts are spreading utter nonsense nowadays.. Really pathetic....

Known facts based on online / other news media, regarding incident KSRTC driver Mr. Yudhu & Tvm Mayor including her family members 1) Yudhu from the beginning insisted on crosschecking video recording which would prove major real truth. 2) Mayor Arya's and her husband cross blocked the bus in middle of zebra crossing mark blocking all vehicles 3) Her husband Mr. Sachin Dev MLA ordered passengers inside the bus to delete video recordings & disembarked without completing their journey. Arya said that her husband did not enter inside the bus. Now AA Rahim, says that MLA entered inside bus but to purchase ticket ( MLA’s are eligible for free pass travel) and that bus be moved to bus central depot (wonder who will be authorized driver). Real laughingstock. 4) Against complaint of Arya that Yudhu was under drug / alcohol / showed special sexual action. Arya & family publicly abused on duty KSRTC employee calling him names, threating to dismiss him from job. Her statement that Yudhu has various cased against him (settled and unsettled), without saying possible lists of FIR legal cases against her & her husband or her political party members. They should understand that they are not Queen of Queens or King of Kings of Trivandrum to deliver instant justice, they cannot move even an inch beyond their local capacity. 5) Police arrested the driver at incident spot, took direct medical test but left off mayor and family who most likely were under alcohol / drug influences after attending party. 6) Transport minister gave an order for KSRTC vigilance team to report which may have taken very early hours of next day. Naturally police and vigilance is supposed to record witnesses, cross check all visual / audio recordings to come to conclusion. If they didn’t check DVR recording with 3 position cameras, suggest KSRTC & Police to be efficient should employ more such idiots. During the investigation teams if knew loss of DVR memory card, it was to be reported which seems not reported. Police after 4 days (pre-calculated move) checked DVR & report loss of memory card which should have been seized at incident spot itself. DVR recording was in process during the incident which was testified by driver Yudhu. Memory card seems to be removed / destroyed after examining it, when there was no proof of driver's fault, the main fault was by Mayor & her family who took the law into their own hands. 7) Now after private case filing with Judiciary, police is forced to file FIR against mayor & MLA along with family members. What a shame for our politicians and administrative system including police. 8) KSRTC suspended the driver immediately pending investigation. But at same time they never filed a complaint against Mayor & her family for compensation to KSRTC & its passengers. It is clear violation of justice for common man but protecting ruling political party members & their family. FIR against local mayor & her husband local MLA / family should be registered and arrested (same treatment of bus driver). 9) Bus conductor immediately contacted MLA AA Rahim to update development. After all who is AA Rahim to be briefed by bus conductor (who is close party worker) so it is clear conductor is part of the team who destroyed the memory card & other evidences. 10) Common sense will say can Arya & her sister in law from car inside identify so called sexual action by bus driver. Remember to say of file logic fake allegations and not assumptions.11) KSRTC should suspend the person/s responsible for tampering with evidence. Right corrective action should be an example for all who abuse our justice system. This incident had simple solution but arrogant politicians assumed supernatural powers & made it bad to worse. New cases against bus driver expected from core red flag supporters.
