I prefer to move one lad while others on overwatch, so when Chryssalid unburrows and charge my scout others will shoot it. Scout in this case is bladestorm ranger, so if whole squad misses, ranger still can hit(or even kill) Chryssalid. It's slow and tedious, bus safe method
