@@Penny_LaineKaren Read hasn’t cracked yet because she’s unwilling to take accountability for her actions. The people being blamed for a cover up haven’t cracked yet because there is nothing for them to admit to. There isn’t a chance in hell that someone involved in the “cover up” wouldn’t have cracked by now if there was a coverup. Especially, when the FBI got involved. Someone would have flipped to save their own ass. The FBI also found no evidence of a conspiracy.

Karen Read's vehicle data, her own words, her 3 calls to her parents in the middle of the night, and the physical evidence irrefutably proves that Karen Read ran over John O'Keefe with her SUV then chose to leave him incapacitated on the ground with a fractured skull to freeze to death alone. Also, the light color vehicle that Lucky the plow driver saw was John O'Keefe's SUV driven by Karen Read beck to her crime scene. This is the Ring camera footage Karen Read was so desperate to delete that she insisted on going inside John's house after she left the hospital although she never bothered to speak to John's children

I watched the live today. The trooper who captured the cell data and the ME were the best witnesses the CW have presented in the last 8 weeks. Everybody else has been evasive, dishonest and in some cases like Trooper Paul inexperienced, ill qualified and in over their heads. This is all just my opinion. I didn’t know anything about this case until the live streams started here and in Emily D Baker. I’m watching from the UK as a couch juror and at this stage I am convinced KR did not kill Officer O’Keefe. But I do believe he encountered some blunt force trauma to his head, he was bitten by a large animal and he fell to the ground. He was so intoxicated that couldn’t get up and was left to die in the cold. I just wish the O’Keefe family could get definite answers so they can start their healing.

Like maybe the dog was surprised at someone else coming in the house, grabs JO’s arm they both struggle and JO slips falls and hits his head in the struggle. I get that he also had a wound on his upper eye could have been a very violent attack. Edit to add: as a dog groomer alone I’ve seen the bites that groomers receive from a dog that is less than pleased to be there. No expert clearly but I’ve probably seen more dog bites than most and this looks like it was A very violent attack.

How could he have been going up and downstairs at 12:21 when he hadn't even arrived yet. More evidence. O Keefe and Read did not leave the Waterfall bar until 12:11/12:12 and the prosecution introduced a video of Read diving through Canton at 12:17, still several minutes from 34 Fairview. How could O Keefe have been going up and down stairs at 12:21 given this evidence, Still more evidence. Officer Guarino testified that O Keefe's I-phone demonstrated that O Keefe never entered into 34 Fairview AT ALL that night. The dog bite specialist not only co wrote 1 but wrote two peer reviewed papers on the subject of dog bites. Was a previous ER Doctor as well as having worked for law enforcement for 7 years and the criminal Justice system for years before retirement. People coming and going during 12:15 and 1:30 and NOT one person saw a body even though it wasn't snowing that hard at that point. This case has so much confusion in it, most of it brought upon by the prosecution.. a very reasonable doubt is prevalent with very many facts. If I were the defense, I would rest my case. They don't have to prove anything.. the prosecution has been their best witness 😊 Why clutter it up anymore with more testimony. Bring it all together in the closing ⚡

The relevant evidence clearly proves that Karen Read ran over John O'Keefe then chose to leave him incapacitated on the ground with a fractured skull to freeze to death alone. The rest is a circus to distract attention away from the relevant evidence

I wouldn’t rest my case if I were the defense because it’s pretty obvious they’ve proven beyond a reasonable doubt that KR did not hit JO with her car, however, it’s important to put the light back onto the Alberts and MCCabes as being the true suspects who did that to JO. They are trying to seek Justice all at the same time. It’s brilliant!

So in the first minutes of this video the witness who said the car hit johns arm and he pirouetted and was knocked through the air but the prosecution are going with a hair on the back of the car is what they start with implying he was hit on the head by the car .Well which is it ? Both can’t be true !!! Also if the witnesses in the house testified Karen’s car was out front at 12.45 and the car data is also time stamped to then how on earth is her phone connecting to WiFi at 12.36 ????? @MyLife-n8x we'll have to agree to disagree....they didn't mention it at the grand juries either...seems like to me it would have been a statement that stood out (especially when their response was "did I hit him", "is he dead", "could I have hit him"....im sure they were under oath there also....not calling them liars, but it's reasonable to doubt here...

Every single person living in that county should be appalled and frankly scared if this is the protect and serve police they have. I am a staunch believer in back the blue, BUT this is disgusting. My heart goes out to karen and the O'keefe family because the incompetence of this investigation is unbelievable. The FBI needs to investigate the Albert family. Sorry you don't just get rid of a long time pet, fix the basement, sell your home, discard your phones, have a bazillion butt dials. John needs peace, without a proper investigation he won't get it.

A German shepherd would only bite once and lock the jaw, these dogs do not snap around, trained dogs do not bite several times, and she (Chloe) would know John's scent. He wasn't a stranger. The only one who could give a command is the dog owner/handler - where is the motive for the Alberts to give this command? So if the defence wanted to present a solid foundation about a police conspiracy, they failed. No DNA of any dog available! We have one clear fact, which is the violent death of Mr O'Keefe. Keep that in mind! It has happened outside - either way. To knock him out amid a blizzard, (by car or with a blunt object) and to leave him to die in the cold, is the most plausible scenario here. No traces of moving the body from the house to the lawn etc. No evidence for bites of Chloe the dog. Nothing. Just loud barking from the defence attornies - and public voices. So who attacked this police officer and left him behind without calling for help? Still no answer.

German Shepherds are known for their strong bite and "lock jaw" behavior, but this doesn't mean they only bite once. They may bite multiple times in a row, especially if they feel threatened or if they're protecting someone. Even if Chloe was trained to bite and release on command, she may not respond to commands from a stranger like John. The handler or owner's presence and commands would likely still be the most influential in controlling Chloe's behavior, but Chloe's uncertainty about John could lead to unpredictable behavior.

regarding the injuries to JOK’s arm - did they ever check whether Cloe the dog had some K-9 attack training (backyard or official)? the marks on JOK’s arm look a lot like the type of bites that such dogs are trained to execute on the dog trainer’s (playing the bad guy) protected forearm - that would also explain why no other parts of his body show any bite/scratch marks/injuries…
@GPDogDrool

No not failed police dog. Tiresome rumor. K-9s are trained to bite and hold. Untrained pet dogs will simply jump and grab, typically not hard enough to gain purchase thus the lines tearing skin as the resistance of victim attempting to pull away.

I just want to say, I have to disagree with Karen when she says those text messages as well as the voicemails are part of a “normal” relationship. I’m going to go with no! Those are signs of a toxic relationship, imo. Maybe when you’re in high school or your early 20’s and your brain hasn’t fully developed; those things are normal, but for 2 adults in their 40’s I have to disagree. Every couple has arguments but this, this isn’t normal and I kind of find it sad that she thought it was. That said, I don’t think those voicemails caused the damage the CW thought they would. You’d have to be a special type of psychotic to intentionally hit someome with a vehicle, leave them in the freezing cold and then think they are out with another woman! Also I have to say that we tend to idealize victims. I really don’t know anything about Jon as a person or as a boyfriend. No one is perfect. Maybe he was flirtatious with other women or tried to get her jealous. That could certainly push someone to act out of character. The fact she thinks it’s normal though says a lot.
