You're so sweet. You make watching fun. I love 💕 your positive energy. I've used scissors for decades. My son thought it was strange when he was young but now that he's grown he understands how much easier it is to cut certain things. He loves to cook & I've always let him help in the kitchen. He's married now. His new wife thought he was strange & laughed at him the first time she saw him using them but he finally convinced her how it's such time saver. Stay positive in everything you do. Plus continue teaching us new tricks & recipes

@@Maangchi Thank you for sharing my little story that was so sweet & nice of you. Made me feel like I'm doing something right because I shared with my son and he too with his wife. I really enjoyed reading your newsletter very informative. I don't live close to any farmer's market but I do live in the country side here in Oklahoma the Native American State. I have a small garden & grow mostly the basics but I mix in seeds not found locally. I grew 3 kinds of tomatoes cherry, roma plus a heirloom from the seats I saved last year. Green onions, small potatoes like a red & yukon gold. Also grew several kinds of peppers from seeds I save. I grew anew Thai chili this year plus the usual jalapeno serrano, poblano & some mini red and yellow bells. Also okra , beets & some edible flowers like nasturtiums along with a few herbs Italian basil, chives cilantro , ruffle leaf parsley also a .new Thai basil this year from seed. I love collecting seeds from the all the tomato, peppers & herbs. I get a little excited just thinking about a. garden It's December but I'm already planning & preparing the soil for early spring. Anyways, those white radishes look very interesting I'm wondering where I could find some seeds? I'd definitely try growing them. Living in rural Oklahoma makes it kinda hard finding different or unique seeds. I love you & can't wait to watch your latest video. 💕

I just made this today (am now eating it as I type this comment) it's sooo much better than other recipes that I've tried! So quick and if I don't want to chop anything I can just skip the carrot and green onion and it is just as good! In fact I ran out of chives so I just chopped some more carrots while I wait for the noodles to cook. The seasoning for the noodles and dipping sauce are just perfect too, don't have to make any adjustment! Anyway, I like anything made off of glass noodles, and this has definitely become my go-to snack recipe! Thank you so muuuuch ♥️
