Mash ki Daal recipe
In a wok
Add 5 tbsp oil
1 medium size, sliced onion
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Saute till golden brown
Add
Paste of 3-4 tomatoes.
(Blend them without water)
Cook till the water dries out.
Add:
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes & powder 1 tsp
Roasted crushed cumin & coriander 1tbsp
Black pepper powder half tsp
Tumeric powder half tsp
Mash ki daal 1.5 cup
(measurement before boiling)
To boil daal:
Heat water in a deep pot, Add washed mash ki daal with tsp of haldi. No Salt.
Ganesh with sliced ginger and green chillies.
