That's so funny. I've seen this same Y in the road on every MABDR video I've watched. I hope to ride the MABDR next year it looks like so much fun. Just Beautiful Thanks for taking us along. Those people in the van are lucky you guys came up the road. I know someone else that slept out there right in the middle of the road. I think he might have had his tent pitched right where you were parked while you were pushing. LOL

Yup, after I went the wrong way, I remembered seeing it as well!! If you ride it next year, and want a tag along, let me know, I want to go back!! If you’re talking about Spaz, I don’t think it was in the spot where the van was, but the spot he had to camp does come up in the next video, we had to stop there too, fortunately not for nearly as long…. Nice adventure, great feeling to help someone. Like you guys google maps always gets us in trouble and finding private property. That waterfall sure was nice. Travel well.

Thanks Barry! We were able to help, and there was no way we would just leave them. The waterfall was a cool break, I would have liked to see it with more water flowing. For this trip, we can’t blame Google maps. We each downloaded a pre designed trip to our devices. The trip doesn’t give you audio telling you about your turns, you have to be constantly aware of your highlighted route on the map, and be able to follow that line!😂🤣😂🤣😂 We use Gaia to download, and I use a Xumo XT to monitor the track, and I’m too busy looking at my surroundings to always remember to look at the Xumo!! haha ya'lls back and forth is so funny to listen to. Glad ya'll where there to help them out. I myself need to invest in some of those crash bar bags to help with the weight on the rear like you were talking about.

Looking like a great adventure. Good on you for helping out the van. If it feels like your front tyre is wondering around in the gravel when your bike is loaded up, increase your shock pre-load one or two clicks.

It was a great time, I’m looking forward to doing it again! We couldn’t leave the van, just wouldn’t be right. I’ll try that with the preload, I rarely ride like that loaded, but the front wheel was wandering a bit, but it was the rear wheel that was really moving as it dug through the deep stuff! Fun stuff, when I was done!😂🤣😂

Boy Patrick, you sure work really hard to get a subscriber... go on an adventure ride to find a lost or stuck young couple, push their vehicle back onto a gravel trail so that they can live to see another day, that's awesome 😁👍👍
