How's the wood dam below Lawrence Road looking? We drift boat fish this and would love to get in there and clear some of the blockage to make it safer to navigate. Are you interested in doing some access cleanup?

These larger trees have since been cut, and access is restored. There is a small collection of logs just south of the bridge that can poke above the water when the water is low. We will definitely be back up there in the spring to check it out again!

Boat is taking it like a champ. Motor still buzzing strong. Hull barely shows any signs of abuse it's actually impressive!

@be.exploring appreciate the feedback. I've been following your vids for a while. Looks like in spring I'll be getting an alberta company to build me a 4 seater. Havent decided between a 230 or 300 horse rotax powerplant yet but looks like your boats holding up to the type of exploring I want to get up to around calgary and golden

Right on! I'm running a 215hp and it's got enough power for everything we do. If there's an opportunity to save a bunch of money using the 230 that'd be the way to go in my opinion.

@be.exploring it's about a 4500 dollar savings. In the face of a 50k boat I don't consider it to be too much more but the longevity/ gas range would be the bigger concern. I hear the superchargers like to be rebuilt every 100 hrs on these

You just running a stock pump? I’m torn between getting a sport jet boat or going the jet ski route. My biggest concern is those jet ski pumps not handling rocks going through em too well

Yes stock pump. I have a stainless wear ring and Solas impeller- seems to be a little tougher then the factory one. We definitely pump some rocks and it seems to be handling it well!
