He forgot them- the guy is super prolific he’s written a lot of songs. Most of the singers now use a promoter. He doesn’t have one. He is confident and comfortable enough to own his humanity and share it. Which is why this guy is such an amazing human being- he doesn’t pretend or play a game of the celebrity. We all make mistakes.

This is my dream and my nightmare. As much as I'd know a song, I'm afraid I'd get way too excited about it and blank on the words unless any singer took the lead at first. Could have sang I Can't Live Without My Mother's Love with Mark Koz (Sun Kil Moon, except it was an intimate show where it was him and a piano player) but I was way too afraid of throwing off such a monumental song. I could see him having to stop it since it's a sincere song for Mark and having someone off key would be distracting for everyone. Some ~19y/o fella who *could* sing went up a bit later though and they did a duet of I Got You Babe which was incredible. (See Mac, Edmonton has a bit of culture these days lol, come do a show here again already!!)
