That was amazing! “Yer pedals are writing checks yer breaks couldn’t cash!” Gotta remember that one. So steep, but what a view! Thanks for taking us along, again. The drone shots are super, your edit using them is excellent!

Wow another great video, your knowledge of the Scottish surroundings are just as impressive as the riding mate .. nothing nicer than Scottish scenery on a clear dry day, you have a knack of selecting great days for the trips , how do you manage it.
@McTrailRider3 жыл бұрын
All my biking decisions are made based on the weather forecast and very little else, that’s how I manage it.
@themadscot343 жыл бұрын
@@McTrailRider I thought so, I need to know your weather sources. Haha. Every time I plan a trip the weather is never what it was meant to be , last few times it’s just been get up in the morning and see, which isn’t ideal , anyway. Another fantastic decent and epic footage as always

How did you make this video show depth. Is it the wide angle mod?

Just the standard GoPro setup, although the lens mod does help show steepness.

your drone was catching some really nice shot is it getting smarter?

I done a bit of reframing and cropping in this video too make it all look a bit better. There has been a new firmware version recently though, that has made a huge difference. Those videos are still to come out though.
@lukavsoundseeker16423 жыл бұрын
Andrew what is Your camera setup these days? You still stick to Gopro hero 9? Or gone back to any previous models? And are You using any mods? I remember Your video when You were testing 9 and the mods but wondered what's your everyday gear since then and if it caused You any issues.
@McTrailRider3 жыл бұрын
I’m generally just running the GoPro hero 9 in standard form, but alternating between chin and chest mount. I have two of the hero 9’s and one of them has intermittent audio issues.
@lukavsoundseeker16423 жыл бұрын
@@McTrailRider Thanks Andrew. I'm asking cause recently seen quite a lot of complains and bad reviews about Hero 9, that it's faulty. Which really surprised me. I had hero 7 and was delighted with it and considering buying hero 9 or wait for hero 10 to come out and see what it offers (maybe finally they'll use newer processor).
