Hi yes, u may use vegetables or flower oil for this recipe, but the mould need to dust with some icing sugar or mungbean flour because the mixture will stick to the mould.

I made this today and it did not taste like what you get at the store. the flour also turned into a green colour. why did this happen? thank you
@yoonkitchen2 жыл бұрын
Hi , thank you for your comment Possible the mung bean flour not fully cook. You may also try rost the green bean flour, Preheat oven to 130C. Spread the mung bean on the baking tray. Bake at preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until turned slightly golden brown. Every 5 to 10 minutes give the mung bean a stir. Mung bean flour plays an important role in this cookies, wish you success 😊

Is mung bean starch and mung bean flour the same?
@yoonkitchen2 жыл бұрын
Hi Shanice, mung bean flour and mung bean starch are different. Mung bean flour is made by grinding the whole dehulled mung beans. Mung bean starch is made by extracting the starch out from the beans. Mung bean starch is white in color and mung bean flour is light beige in color.
