Could you pls explain reason for adding cornflour and rice flour thanks

Normally for medu wada urad dal is grinded using a wet grinder which will not heat then you dont have to add rice flour. But here i have made using a mixi grinder so to cope with the heat we have to add a little more water which will make the batter a little runny. To adjust that consistency i have added rice flour. Cornflour will make it extra crispier Thank you soo much 👍👍👍
