It's not nitro. It's air, they put a weak plastic ball of neutral pressure air in when they make the can before they add the Guinness. When the Guinness is added it becomes naturally pressurised when sealed. When you pop the tab, the pressure change blows the ball and causes a slow explosion in the can (Think Hiss like a puncture in a tyre). You need to pour it while its hissing. After Rugby I loves my Guinness the best 🙂
