Mark, I’ve been very sick and miserable for a week. This video helped me feel better. Dear Mark, Hello, soiled I found you. Today I was viewing Mackenzie Fields web site and a list of Mackenzie inspired videos appeared. Yes you have inspired me. I'm moving from dishes and vases to furniture ! Recently I was given some accent furniture pieces. My plan was to chalk paint them white and add transfer via a French inspired look, but now I think the MacKenzie style will add a whimsical flare to every room. The reason you don't see the MACKENZIE-CHILDS collection much, is because they're sold in fancy places like Neiman Marcus, and they are PRICEY!!! These designs and patterns are GORGEOUS, and you can mix and match them, but did I say PRICEY - hence the reason I'm looking at videos to learn how to do some of it myself. I'm so hooked! 😍😍😍

Since it's on a round surface, it's easier to just eye-ball it. However, a trick would be to draw a straight line down the center like Mark did and add triangles on either side of the line that match up. You could even make yourself a triangle template if you want them all to look exactly the same.

I'd say the chair is yellow now polyacrylic will turn yellow in time.

It took several hours, but I spent a lot of time figuring out what pattern to use where. Once I figured it out, it was pretty smooth.
