Yes, works great on Takuma foils. I've done it on more than one occasion. - Tucker

Hi Tucker, Will the fwd boxes work ok with Axis foils eg HPS? Also at around 200lbs but older and not an expert (100% gybes... working on toe side tacks) I currently have the maroon coloured 95 sky wing....think the 85 style would be a tough ask or do able? I guess the challenge is light winds...but I do wish they had made a style in a 90!

Yes, you can use the Axis on it. Works great. Generally, you can ride this board a little smaller than most other models due to its efficiency and stability. -Tucker

Hi Tucker, so wont work with naish mach 1 1100cm setup? My current starboard board wont work with Naish as i cant get the mast forward far enough. So i guess id have the same problem? Do you recommend any boards for naish?

Yes, most likely the same issue.

Great review! Fanatic really stepped up with the Style. I had the same 4'11 75L and it is really well tuned board. It took them 3 ok models until they got here but this one is money. Rode it with some of the new F-one and Gofoil foils and it worked really well with those systems.

Thanks! For sure, Everything I've tried works great on it. The new Fanatic Carbon Free 1000 is a really exceptional foil as well. I'll have a review of that at some point in the near future. -Tucker

@@MACkiteboarding have you tried the cabrinha h series? I absolutely love them, might want to try them out

Hi Tucker I noticed that the new Sky style boards was thick and boxy with hard rails pretty far forward. is that hard edge grabby when hitting the water on touch and goes. I have ridden hard edge boards in the past that tried to throw you over the front on touch downs.
@MACkiteboarding Жыл бұрын
Since there is some good outline to the board it's not as "grabby". Boards with a more parrallel rail will "grab" more. -Tucker

Hey tucker, could you tell me what the weight of a 55L sky style is by any chance?
@MACkiteboarding2 жыл бұрын
I don't have one on hand at the moment but I'd guess around 12lbs.

Hi tucker! How does it compare with f one rocket wing S of the same volume? Would you say it is lighter?

Roughly the same weight.

Great review Tucker. Looking at the 75L Style but wondering as you categorize it as 'more advanced' compared to the previous model in 75L. I'm just under 175lbs and riding in all conditions but working on transitions. Riding a 74L board now a bit shorter but very wide at 26" and looking for a bit earlier take-off, thinking the narrower board and tail shape would help. I like the construction of these boards but unfortunately they don't make the Free in anything less than 85L. What are your thoughts?

I'd go for the style in 75L. It's a more progressive shape but still very efficient and stable. - Tucker

so the style 75L cant be used with Armstrong?
@MACkiteboarding2 жыл бұрын
There are ways but no it's not going to work without modificaitons. -Tucker

@@MACkiteboarding OK what modifications do u mean?
@MACkiteboarding2 жыл бұрын
@@Mickfoil1 The easiest would be to flip the washers and screws on the Armstrong plate but that won't be enough on some of their models. You'd need to consider a transition plate of some kind that would let you mount it further forward. - Tucker

I was sold on the Sky Style 4’9”/65L to pair with my Armstrong foils until I saw this. If you advise against this combination, could you recommend any compatible alternatives, like this one, around 60L? Thanks, -Stuart

Hey, what's the weight of the 75l Sky Style? In jumping I feel it makes a big difference when it's swinging off your ankles 😁

I dont have an exact weight. I'd guess around 13lbs. -Tucker
