How do you save a Genemoji the same standard size as an emoji ?

I’m having a bit of a trouble with Genemojis in my text messages. When I try to use one, it comes out looking like a big sticker instead of the usual small size. I just want it to be the standard size emoji, like the ones we all use. Any ideas on how to fix this 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@shakabueller1763 Could be two things. First, when you send an emoji (regular emoji) all by itself it comes out bigger. Try it with a standard emoji and see. It has done that for years. Makes it easier to see a single character reaction. Or, maybe you mean when you send a Genmoji to someone with an older phone or Android. They don't have "Genmoji" so they just get it as a large image for now. Better than not getting it at all since their phone has no idea what it is.

Genmoji sounds cool, (wished it was on my iPhone 12) but I wonder if it would confuse the Unicode people, who come out with new emojis almost every year.

@@macmost I was just thinking if we don't even need Unicode coming out with new emojis anymore because of Genmoji. I guess we need them so they can look over the emojis and the alphabet. Does Genmoji make emojis and the Unicode alphabet free software, since I can modify and distribute it as I wish?

I notice that, in Messages, when you use a GenMoji (or even regular emoji) with some text, it appears relatively small. If you use it all by itself, it appears relatively large, about the same size as if you used it as a Sticker. Is it considered a Sticker if used by itself, or just a large GenMoji?

It is just a feature of the Messages app. 1-3 emoji characters appear large since there's nothing else to show. I like it. Makes it easier to see them when there is no more text to read.

I just found out that “Clips” have better captions than FCP and iMovie!! Could genmojis be used in clips to mask face and such?!

I haven't tried it. Try it and report back. If it doesn't work, you may need to wait for the next update to Clips.
