Slow mo on nature really works to appreciate the movement and action. Nicely edited.

Are u using 55mm and raynox? vignetting?
@ericrobinson80782 жыл бұрын
Nice job Shane, lovely shots.Your hand held is pretty amazing. Im just thinking about going for the Raynox to use with my 90mmF2.8 on a Sony A7R3, though for stills not video.

This is the reason I would love this camera and lens, amazing shots. Are you using a macro lens and the raynox thing is an extra magnifier?
@ShaneBethlehem2 жыл бұрын
Yea I switched between using the 55mm/90mm with the magnifier thing, with the 90mm the biggest advantage is it you don't need to get as close to get high magnifications, which is nice for easily startled animals

what do you mean with "Sony 55mm f1.8 & 90mm"??? did you the thing where you flip one of the lenses?
@ShaneBethlehem Жыл бұрын
Oh no, I just used extension tubes and a clip on lens to the front but I did not flip anything

Nice video... but i have a question though, pairing Raynox with 90mm on a full-frame camera, does the output has vignetting?
@ShaneBethlehem2 жыл бұрын
I haven’t noticed a significant difference in the vignetting over the 90mm normally, its there but its correctable with the build in corrections or Lightroom

I bought DCR-250 on Monday 🙂 Tested and there's no "vignetting". What I was afraid of is that as DCR-250's diameter is getting smaller, it will in effect used only partially on the sensor, leaving the unused section on the edges darker. Think of it as an APS-C lens on Full-frame. There was none of this and it lets the whole sensor be utilized. I AM OVER THE MOON
