I love that your film shots have less dust on them than your digital video ;-). Love your photos and laid back style, its what's its all about. Great stuff!

Hahaha! That dang mirrorless Sony attracts dust like a magnet when changing lenses!. Thanks for watching!

That is attitude. People say don't shoot when harsh light. Meanwhile, a lot of photographers shooting their cameras, having fun, whatever the damn light is. Keep on shooting, have fun. All the best, dude.

Hey Mac, I really like the cinematic direction your new batch of videos have gone. This last one was very inspiring. Good work!

You photo objects that I would never shoot nowadays, and you do it so well that if I tried I would be hard to value my images. These are definitely inspiring.

You do a really good job at explaining what it is you’re doing when composing a scene. As well as how you’re metering and what lens you’ve got attached. Awesome shots and great video 👌

Great video Mac! The heat is too much for me lately in the high 90’s and draining my energy to photograph in these conditions! I did a paid gig for my local Marathon this weekend and it was amazing to see how dedicated these runners are! I wanted to shoot more of the CineStill 50D but I felt it was too much to try and shoot it while working but maybe I should have! Haha. Great job man!

It’s over 105 here daily! Too hot! Shoot that 50D! 😂

GREAT job on this. Slight error at 0:26. The text reads Globe, Arizona when you’re in Gila Bend, Arizona. Love the vid though!

Super nice images with the Lomo! Did you use any filters on the lenses here with the maximum shutter of 1000th of a second or did you manage to meter everything with just the camera and lens? I love my M5!

At least 1,5 stops overexposed. The photos are all way too bright for my taste.
@MacShootsFilm3 жыл бұрын
I've been experimenting with exposure recently. All of these aren't technically blown out, but def. over at least 1 stop according to my histogram in Lightroom. I like the look it imparts on the image, but I definitely understand your feedback on it being bright! It is. :)
