I can work with this list that Chris "The Mad Dog" Russo made--mainly because Michael Jordan is #1 & as a Chicago Bulls fan, that makes me happy, but, that's another story for another time. Here's my list: 1) Michael Jordan. 2) Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. 3) Kobe Bryant. 4) Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain. 5) George "The Ice-Man" Gervin. Elgin Baylor & Pete "The Pistol" Maravich are honorable mentions, in my book--as great as they were in their own respective rights.

Speaking of all-time greatest scorers, you HAVE to include MJ, Wilt, Kobe and KD. As for the last spot on a top 5 list, there are several contenders: Kareem, James Harden, Allen Iverson, LeBron James, Steph Curry, Jerry West, George Gervin and even T-Mac. Pete Maravich was a great scorer, but should be somewhere around 20th place.

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in the twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement.
